Attending: John Hequemborg, Pat Schaefer, Dennis Kidwell, Bill Oswald, Douglas Hamilton, John McGrath, Larry Brandhorst, Andy Bonderer, Bob Drainer, Scott Dressel, Susan Hart, Ruth Brent Tofle, Brad Wright, Greg Wack, Mark Temple, James McNutt, Shannon Imsland, Keith Lesco, Kim Trabue, Jim Heckemeyer, Richard Bock, Mark Schultz, David Gregg and
Dustin Foudree (speakers).
1. John McGrath reported chapters account balances as of 2/1/06.
a. Checking $8,131.09 b. Savings $15,000.00 plus interest
2. There was no quorum for January Board meeting.
3. Susan Hart reported board decision to transfer $3000.00 from checking to the Savings account for scholarship funds. Awards Committee reported scholarship applications are due by April 1.
4. Program Committee, Membership Committee, Bylaws Committee, and NCR and Regional Relations Committee had no new reports.
5. Certification Committee reported that 2 members are registered for the CDT exam on March 25th - 9:00-11:00 a.m. Study sessions are to start sometime in late February.
6. Technical Committee reported April 12th date set for program on Implementation of new Master Format. Dennis Haug scheduled as speaker at UMC General Services Training Center with capacity of 100.
7. Updates are always welcome for the CSI webpage. Submit to Electronic Communications Committee (Amanda at Bob Cunningham’s office.
8. Golf Tournament Committee is scheduling meeting at Triple B Doors on February 9th.
9. Ruth Tofle reported UMC students needing internships in design & construction.
10. Winner of drawing for free breakfast at March meeting was Larry Brandhorst.
11. Kim Trabue of Peckham & Wright Architects spoke on annual Canstruction fundraiser for Central Mo Food Bank.
12. Speakers: David Gregg and Dustin Foudree presented program on Stamped Concrete, methods, installation and materials.
