Attending: Brad Copeland, Greg Wack, Jim Cooley, Mark Grannemann, Seth Evans, Craig Englebrecht, Bob Eskens, Ruth Tofle, Nick Peckham, Larry Brandhorst, Jason Gerling, Mark Schultz, Don Mitzel, Jim Dove, Bob Drainer, Scott Dressel, and Kirk Hammond

1. Jim Cooley reported chapters account balance as of 7/31/04, John McGrath not present.
   1. Checking $4,390.19

2. Brad Copeland issued request to change September’s topic to “GREEN” door discussion due to availability of guest speaker.
   
   
3. Greg Wack reported that golf tournament brought in an estimated $19,200 minus $9,600 in expenses to be split evenly between CSI and NAWIC.
   
   
4. Preliminary date of October 20th was discussed for the products show.
   
   
5. Scott Dressel discussed development of a Strategic Planning Meeting.
   
   
6. New chapter bylaws were discussed and approved by a vote of 14 out of 14.
   
   
7. Speaker: Kirk Hammond w/ Arch Treatment Technologies, Inc. discussed treated lumber available in the current market.
