CSI Central Missouri Chapter
General Meeting Minutes
February 2nd, 2005
Attending: John McGrath, Bob Unrath, Mark Schultz, Bob Drainer, Brad Copeland, Dennis Kidwell, Brice Moeller, Andy Bonderer, Chris Prichard, Seth Evans, Susan Hart, Wayne Huebert, Sam Goldhammer, Mark Snell, Jerry Thompson, Greg Wack, Ruth Tofle, Cara Davidson, Jennifer Mallred and Jim Martin, (speaker on GPS software and survey techniques).

1. John McGrath reported chapters account balance as of 2/02/05.

a. Checking $8,361.85
b. Savings $10,058.73

2. No quorum for January board meeting.

3. Brad Copeland spoke about the free three hour June 9, 2005 program on mold at UMC. June 15,2005 is a join program with AIA at UMC on Masterformat 2004. We are currently looking for speakers on quality control and change order programs.

4. Bob Unrath reported the new student chapter at UMC is progressing nicely. These new members are being invited to meetings and two attended, Kari Davidson(St Louis) and Jennifer Mallred(Minneapolis)

5. There were no reports from Bylaws, Electronic Communications, Products Show, Membership or Certification Committees.

6. Awards and Technical Committees reported no changes from last meeting.

7. Education Liaison reported scholarship applications should be turned in by April 10 for consideration.

8. Drawing winner for March meeting’s free breakfast was Jerry Thompson.

9. Speaker: Jim Martin from Grinner & Schmidt, presented information on GPS systems.
