2008/2009 POLL FOR PROGRAM TOPICS
We want you to tell us what kind of programs you would like
to see.
Please take the time to fill out
this polling form and thank you for your suggestions.
Sponsor
Your Chapter and This Website!
Your CSI Central Missouri website
is a great way to show your support for the chapter while making
contact with members of the CSI community that you may not see
on a regular basis. The chapter has a great program that allows
it's sponsors to place a banner ad on the site for a one year
period for only $320*.
The ads are custom designed and link back to your website and
email address. New sponsors are placed on a first come/first serve
basison the right hand side of each page. All sponsors will be
featured in a rotating banner that appears on each page so that
your ad will be displayed on all pages. You may, of course, submit
your own ad if you'd like. The specs are referenced on the order
form.
It is very easy to participate!. Simply download
this form, fill it out, and fax it in. Our web partner will
create your ad, send you a copy and post it promptly for a one
year period. You'll receive an invoice from them and, in turn,
the chapter will receive a royalty. Everyone wins.
If you have any questions about
the program please feel free to email Susan
Fitzsimmons or call her at 404-687-5188 .
* Ads for non-members are billed
at a higher rate. Please contact Susan at the number above.
