Attending: Susan Hart, Mark Schultz, Bob Drainer, Andy Bonderer, Scott Dressel, John Hequembourg, Wayne Huebert, Bryce Moeller, Sam Goldammer, Pat Schaefer, Jason Gerling, Greg Wack, Bob Unrath, and Jim Heckemeyer, (speaker on commissioning).

1. Pat Schaefer reported for John McGrath chapters account balances as of 5/25/05.

a. Checking $2,885.44
b. Savings $15,000.00

2. May Board minutes reported and approved with correction of date on joint AIA-CSI master format program to June 15, 2005 instead of June 16, 2005 as reported.
3. There were no reports from Membership and Electronic Communications Committees.
4. Certification, Awards, Bylaws, and Technical Committees reported no changes from last meeting.
5. Bryce Moeller reported on NCR and National Programs, July 28-30 is the Regional in Des Moines, Iowa.
6. Scott Dressel reported for the Programs/Education Committee reminding membership of the Master Format Program jointly sponsored by AIA-CSI on June 15 and Annual Planning and Scheduling meeting on June 29.
7. Golf Tournament will be on July 25, 2005 at Columbia Country Club. Greg Wack reported the need for green sponsors and door prizes. Box lunch will be served at noon with bar-b-que at dinner because of food shortage after golf last year.
8. Drawing winner for March meeting’s free breakfast was Mark Schultz.
9. Scott Dressel reported the need for updates on the draft strategic plan before the June 29 annual planning meeting.
10. Speaker: Jim Heckemeyer presented information on job commissioning and past UMC commissioning successes.
