CSI Board Meeting Minutes

October 26, 2006

Triple B Doors, Columbia, MO

Attendance: Susan Hart, John McGrath, Jason Gerling, John Sutherland, John Hequembourg, Larry Brandhorst, and Doug Hamilton.

1. Call to order 5:00 p.m., quorum established.

2. Student Membership approved and established.

a. 11 applicants submitted through Ruth Bent Tofle @ UMC.

b. CSI will pay $693 for membership dues, previously approved.

c. Discussion of possible mentorship program.

d. Student from Springfield chapter may attend monthly meeting Wednesday.

3. Budget discussion and approval should take place at the next Board meeting.

4. Need ideas for spring AIA/CSI joint program.

a. Building Information Model discussed.

i. Need to assure quality speaker.

ii. May look to design firm for new federal courthouse.

5. Adjourned 5:30 p.m.
