   6. Certification- John Hequembourg reported that he will present a short program at the November 5th meeting regarding the certification testing

   9. Technical Committee-Jerry Thompson reported that if you make donations to the CSI Library and need a letter from the library for tax purposes, please tell the individual at the library accepting your donations.
      
   10. NCR Director Report (Brice Moeller)-Construct America Conference will be
       held April 20-24th in Chicago. If you are interested in attending, please contact Brice.
