General Meeting Minutes Next Chapter Meeting – 11/02/05
October 5, 2005
Attending: John Hequembourg, Jason Gerling, Seth Evans, Pat Schaefer, John McGrath, Ruth Tofle, Wayne Huebert, Sherry Baker, Donald Post, Doug Hamilton, Jerry Thompson, Greg Wack, Don Mitzel, Susan Hart, and Darrin Kelly, (speaker).

1. John McGrath reported chapters account balances as of 10/03/05.
a. Checking $7864.11
b. Savings $15,000.00 plus interest
2. September Board meeting had no quorum.
3. Membership still focused on general contractors and subs. Susan discussed national promos.
4. Upcoming programs: November – Electronic Plan Room, speaker will be Matt Trachsel.
5. Certification Committee announced Early Bird registration ends around December 1st. Test will be in late March.
6. Golf Tournament revenues were $4682.72 received from NAWIC.
7. Master Format Workshop to be set up close to implementation date for UMC and state of MO.
8. Student Chapter is being promoted on campus as reported by Ruth Tofle.
9. One new board member is needed to fill vacancy. Contact any board member with suggestions.
10. November breakfast winner was Pat Schaefer.
