As our fiscal year comes to a close I would like to take the time to thank all the officers and board members who have supported me throughout the last year. I would also like to especially thank Scott Dressel and Brad Copeland for putting together a year's worth of good programs. Without your efforts in organizing good programs our chapter wouldn't be able to provide continuing education for our members.

The golf Gods were looking out for us at our golf tournament. After a rainy weekend and forecasted showers for the day of the tournament, the clouds scattered and we had a gorgeous day for golf. A big thanks goes out to Bob Drainer and his committee for all the hard work they did preparing for the tournament. Also Bob, thanks for all the years you have headed this committee. You have been a big reason the tournament is so successful. We had the largest turnout ever for this years tournament and heard a lot of good things said about it. we appreciate all who helped with sponsorships and those who gave door prizes. Please help Kelly Hequembourg , who will be heading up next years tournament committee, if he calls for support.

We need all members to try and let others in our industry know about CSI. We have lost some members that we need to try to replace. Like every organization, we only get out of it what we put back in. I challenge all of our members to become more involved in our local chapter. I especially hope that we can get more involvement out of our professional membership. You guys are really the ones who can get the most out of CSI by attending meetings and receiving your continuing education credits.

If you haven't filled out your poll for next year's program committee, please do so and return to Brad Copeland, brad.copeland@oa.mo.gov or 573-751-8655. You should have received by email a couple of times by now. Again the programs are the heart of our chapter so we are looking for interesting topics and presenters.

We have this year's planning meeting scheduled for Wednesday June 25th at D'Rowes at 5:30pm. Everyone is welcome to come and bring ideas for improving our chapter. We will provide dinner and drinks to those who attend.
